Sony Tran was born in Vietnam. He moved to the Czech Republic with his family at the age of 7. He studied Sound Engineering at SAE in Berlin, Germany. After that, he opened a recording studio and worked in the German market for 6 years. Now, he has returned to Prague to establish Lohi5 Production s.r.o, specializing in music production and artist management. ​ Sony Tran's music style captivates listeners, especially his song "Đi học thôi" which gained immense popularity on social media, leading to significant success in Vietnam. He has numerous hits in the underground scene, collaborating with rappers such as MCK, TAGE, WXRDIE, RICKY STAR, BLACKA, and more. ​ His latest track features male singer Hoang Tôn, Bảo Hân, and BRay, and it has drawn considerable attention from the online community, being featured in the Rap Viet game show. ​ Expanding beyond the Vietnamese market, Sony Tran collaborated with artist Tiệp on the song "Sapa," which was featured on Tiệp's "Ocko" television channel.
